UPSC Recruitment 2023 Notification: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released detailed notification for various Specialists Grade III posts in Employment News December (23-30), 2023. A total of 87 Specialist Grade III posts are to be filled through the recruitment drive in different disciplines under the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi. 
Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for these posts on or before January 11, 2024. However the last date for submission of printing of online form is January 12, 2024.

The Commission has uploaded the details schedule for the submission of application for the above recruitment drive on its official website. The last date for submission of online application as official website is January 11, 2024. However the last date for printing of completely submitted online form is January 12, 2023. 

UPSC Specialists Jobs 2023: Vacancy Details

1. Specialist Grade III (Anesthesiology): 46 posts
2. Specialist Grade III (Biochemistry): 1 post
3. Specialist Grade III (Forensic Medicine): 7 posts
4. Specialist Grade III (Microbiology): 9 posts
5. Specialist Grade III (Pathology): 7 posts
6. Specialist Grade III (Plastic Surgery & Reconstructive Surgery): 8 posts

Educational Qualifications For UPSC Specialists Jobs 2023: 

Specialist Grade III (Anesthesiology): Candidates should have, 
 (i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
 (ii) Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in the concerned specialty or super specialty mentioned in Section A or Section B in Schedule VI or equivalent i.e. MD (Anesthesiology)/ MS(Anesthesiology)/ Diploma in Anesthesiology (DA) Candidates should have B. Com with 50% marks in aggregate from any recognised university.

UPSC Jobs 2023: Application Fee 

(a) Candidates (Except Female/SC/ST/Persons with Benchmark Disability Candidates who are exempted from payment of fee) are required to pay a fee of Rs. 25/- (Rupees Twenty five) only either by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of any bank or by using Visa/Master/Rupay/Credit/Debit Card/UPI payment.
(b) No fee for SC/ST/PwBD/Women candidates of any community.

You can apply for these posts in online mode after following the steps given below. 

  • Step I: Visit to the official website- https://www.upsconline.nic.in
  • Step 2:  You have to follow the link available on the official website.  
  • Step 3: Follow the online recruitment application (ORA) system as displayed in the notification.
  • Step 4: Upload the documents/certificates in support of all the claims in the application like, Date of Birth, Experience etc. or any other information, separately against each claim in pdf file.
  • Step 5: Uploaded the photograph, signature and requisite documents/Certificates to the link.
  • Step 6: After submitting the Online Recruitment Application (ORA), the you are required to take out a print out of the finally submitted Online Recruitment Application.
