Note:

  • The study plan provided to you is a suggestion. You can always alter the timings at your convenience
  • Students are advised to sleep peacefully and eat mindfully. Pick healthy food instead of junk. 
  • Keep yourself active. Practise yoga, meditation., or whatever suits you the best
  • Take frequent short breaks during long study sessions. We would advise you to take a break after 1.5 hours at max
  • It is also important to freshen up your mind and body. Thus, students should involve themselves in an activity of their choice. It can be walking, dancing, singing, etc. Do not spend a lot of time on it. Instead, dedicate only 30 minutes at max for the activity
  • Students should reduce their screen time and instead use the breaks to talk to people or indulge themselves in some healthy habits
