How to Download CSIR NET Answer Key 2023?

  1. Open the official website of CSIR NET in your web browser: https://csirnet.nta.ac.in/
  2. Go to the “Joint CSIR-UGC NET Answer Key Challenge Open (Click Here)” section on the home page.
  3. Enter your “Application Number”, “Date of Birth” and “Security Pin”.
  4. Now you click on the “Submit” button.
  5. After logging in, you will see a link like “Download Answer Key” or “View/Challenge Answer Key”.
  6. Check answer and take the print-out for the same

CSIR NET 2023 Marking Scheme 

The CSIR NET scoring pattern is as follows:

  • 1 mark for each correct answer
  • No marks for wrong answers
  • No marks for unanswered questions
  • There are no negative marks in the CSIR NET scoring system. This means that no marks are deducted for wrong answers.

CSIR NET score is used to rank candidates in the merit list. The merit list ranks the candidates based on their scores.

Challenges made by the candidates will be verified by a panel of Subject Experts. If the challenge of any candidate is found correct, the Answer Key will be revised and applied in the response of all the candidates accordingly. Based on the revised Final Answer Key, the result will be prepared and declared. No individual candidate will be informed about the acceptance/non-acceptance of his/her challenge.
