Winter Vacation in Delhi Schools
Winter Vacation 2024 in Delhi started on January 1 and will end on January 6. Vacations in Delhi schools have been shortened to six days as a portion of the winter vacation was observed from November 9 to November 18 necessitated by air pollution concerns. Schools will reopen on January 8; however, an extension in the winter break is expected due to the harsh weather conditions, ensuring the safety and well-being of students and staff. Delhi’s directorate of education has already announced an extension of 5 days in winter break for students up to Class 5.
