UPSC Mains Exam 2023: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released an important notice ahead of the Personality Test (PT) or interview. The candidates who are going to appear in the PT, which is scheduled to be conducted from February 1 to March 15 (phases 1 and 2), should check the notice. The schedule for the remaining candidates will be announced soon at upsc.gov.in.
UPSC Mains Exam 2023: Important Notice
The UPSC has announced the commencement of the personality tests (interviews) for the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2023, as per the results declared on December 8, 2023. Phase 1 of the personality test programme is scheduled to be conducted from February 2–16, 2024, followed by phase 2 from February 19–March 15, 2024.
In response to requests from candidates recommended through CSE-2022 or previous CSEs who were unable to update their employment or service allocation details in DAF-I before the closing date of CSM-2023, the Commission has decided to open a window for updating these details at https://upsconline.nic.in. The updated details will be considered for the purpose of the personality test or interview for candidates scheduled for phase 2 or later. Candidates are advised to utilise this window for updating their details from February 1–5, 2024 (06:00 PM). No requests received after the closing date will be entertained. UPSC Interview Schedule 2023: Phase 2
The second phase of the PTs will begin on February 19 and end on March 15, 2024. The e-Summan letters will be available for download for candidates soon on upsc.gov.in and upsconline.in. Requests to modify the date or time of the personality test (interview) will not be accepted. The remaining candidates’ list will be uploaded during the third week of February, and the interviews will take place between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Check out the detailed notice here.
